JACKSON COUNTY SCHOOLS UPDATE
Posted Date: 10/11/26 (04:53 PM)
As our community recovers from the recent severe weather, our thoughts remain with the families affected. We recognize that many are still facing challenges and appreciate the strength and resilience of our Jackson County community.
Jackson County Schools will reopen Monday, October 12, 2026, following regular school schedules. Bus transportation is expected to resume on all routes.
We understand that some families may still be experiencing storm-related difficulties, including power outages. Absences resulting from these circumstances will be excused, and students will have the opportunity to complete missed assignments.
❤️ We look forward to welcoming our students and staff back as our community continues to recover together.
